Who we are
This website introduces Robotechs FTC 25611, a student robotics team based in Clarksburg, Maryland. Contact us at robot3chs@gmail.com about this notice or your information.
Contacting the team
The contact form opens Gmail with your name, email address, and message filled into a draft. Those details are passed to Google in the Gmail link, so do not include sensitive information. You review the draft and choose whether to send it. This website does not receive a form submission or store your contact fields. If you send that email, our team receives the information you include and uses it to respond to your enquiry. Your email provider handles the message under its own policies. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information.
Cookies and browser storage
This website has no advertising cookies, analytics, accounts, or embedded social feeds. Fonts, scripts, and images are served with the website. We store only your choice to dismiss the privacy notice in your browser’s local storage, for up to 180 days. You can reset it using Cookie preferences in the footer, or clear the site’s browser storage. Browser storage may be unavailable when viewing local files; the site still works.
Hosting information
When this site is hosted, its hosting provider may process ordinary request information such as an IP address, browser information, and requested pages to deliver and secure the site. This website does not run an analytics service or store visitor profiles. Contact us with questions about the site’s hosting or information practices.
External destinations
Links to Instagram, YouTube, Google Drive, Google Maps, sponsors, and Gmail open those services. Their privacy policies apply when you visit them. Social content does not load automatically inside this website.
Photos and students
The site includes team and event photos. To ask about a photo, request a correction, or request removal, email the team with the page and image you mean. Parents and guardians may contact us on behalf of a student. The site does not invite children to create accounts or submit personal information.
Information requests and updates
Email the team to ask about information you shared directly with us, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. This notice should be updated when the site’s services or information practices change.
Event location maps
Event pages include Google Maps previews. When a preview loads, Google receives the request and may process information such as your IP address, browser details, and cookies under its own privacy policy. You can also open the location directly in Google Maps. No map is shown for an event until its location is confirmed.
